These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pawstack platform, operated by Pawstack Inc (“Pawstack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Pawstack provides booking management, payment processing, team coordination, client communication, and business intelligence tools for pet service businesses. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number through our website or platform, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Pawstack. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and booking updates
- Appointment reminders
- One-time verification codes (OTP) for account security
- Service updates and platform notifications
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the platform, booking activity, and communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Pawstack. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of communication (e.g., email).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
4. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability of our platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Pawstack platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Pawstack Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawstack Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delayed or undelivered SMS messages or email notifications
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
- Any actions taken by third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, SMS carriers)
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pawstack in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@pawstack.net.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
